Online ordering instructions
$100 local delivery charge will be exempted upon $1000 net discounted price (except outlying islands, domestic and overseas).
For orders less than $1000, there will be a $100 local delivery charge. Overseas delivery charges will be based on the charge rate of the Hong Kong Post Office.
1. When you purchase goods in the online store, our company will issue an order confirmation when you confirm your purchase. Please print out the confirmation and keep it until the goods are well received.
2. Our customer service specialists will email or call (except domestic and overseas) to confirm your order, arrange payment and make an appointment for delivery.
3. Generally, delivery can be arranged within 7 working days after placing the order (except domestic and overseas).
-The price of products ordered in China is different and products ordered overseas are also subject to shipping charges by weight.
-All orders must be finalized based on the availability of the relevant goods. If any ordered products are not available, The company has the right to refuse to accept the order. If we are unable to provide any products on your order, we will notify you before arranging delivery.
-In case of any dispute, Ecofood reserves the right of final decision.
Terms and conditions:
-In order to protect the rights and interests of consumers, customers are requested to keep the original documents, and the original documents can only be exchanged in one time within 7 days*(*Special offer, frozen food, opened, except damaged goods and personal care products).
-Pre-ordered goods need to be picked up within 7 days, and the goods that are not picked up will be destroyed without further notice.
– If you book a product that is out of stock, the customer must accept the relevant risks such as supply problems or discontinuation of production. The company will make a refund arrangement within 7 days after notifying the customer and will not bear other responsibilities.
